We are so happy that you support the National Park Service, but no, the Cabrillo National Monument Foundation has its own membership program. Our membership program supports this park, whereas, the National Park Service pass fees go to all the parks.

The gray whales visit this region from early as November to late as February. There is not a specific time they like to hang out in the ocean waters near our Park. If they call, we will let you know.
